Back in Vanilla WoW days, I started my Night Druid in December 10th of 2005 and finally got to 60 playing every day by March of 2006.This was before guides, addons, quest helpers were even a thought. You had no idea what new adventure that big bobbing exclamation mark was going to take you on and chances are, no one else did either. This was because it took so long to get to 60, that alts were rare. You created one character and you stayed on that character. Forever. No one had the time or paitence or the duplicity, especially if you were a raider where farming pots, ore was your game time. Eventually, somewhere down the line, Blizzard felt that this was not how they wanted the game to go and created max level boosts. But all in all, despite the legnth of time it took to get to 60, I will never use them. Read on to discover why.
