Pretty much. Typical day. I’ve started to exercise now though and I thought to myself what would be something I’ve always wanted to do for exercise? Well it came down to 3 types of dance, ballet, tap dancing or belly dancing. I turned my TV on and voila, I found a channel Fit TV that has belly dance lessons and hey we all love something for free. Beats the hell out of paying for ballet or tap lessons. So I tried it and I almost died laughing at myself. This shit is hard … especially when you’re out of shape like me 🙁
No I am not fat, I have an athletic build but damn I haven’t exercised in so long I feel like a snail curling out of its shell. My muscles are so tight! But its hella fun. I had no idea it would stretch all my muscles like that it felt great not feeling so strained.
I’m going to try and find a belly dance instructor in my area but this is yea hick Virginia, it’s like the ice age out here.
