What do you wish you could do more every day?
For the last couple months I’ve hit a mental cockblock. I was so excited to go back to school, and then the first monkeywrench that was thrown at me, now I’m losing motivation and slacking on studying. So I wish I could do more of less slacking so I can get my work done.
I also wish I could exercise more every day. It used to be so easy, I was exercising every day for a whole year, not missing a day. And then I moved from Brooklyn to the Bronx and everything changed. Didn’t know the neighborhood, so I stopped going on my daily walks because a lot of spots looked shady. And then when I did, the area is more flat than it was in Brooklyn with the hills, so the walks brought no feeling of effort. Ans then I also stopped doing my daily yoga because now I’m in a smaller apartment, and dont have the space. I have lost all motivation.
I’ve been trying to get back to it, but I’ve had a lot of starts and stops, but nothing solid like before.
